Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any items that are returned must be new, unworn, and have all garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take 3-5 business days.

There is no return label fee for exchanges. If you choose to return your item and not receive an exchange, you may use our provided shipping label and a $10 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. You can also use a carrier of your choice; however, we highly recommend using a provider with a tracking service (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
